Introduction

This unit aims to develop my understanding of how make-up and hair design concepts for fashion and beauty are developing from idea conception through to realisation. Emphasis will be placed on the research and development of ideas and will engage me in the deeper understanding of the practical and theoretical approaches required to produce innovative visual outcomes.

Through an employability focused approach, this unit it also introduced to the diverse roles of the make-up and hair artist/designer across editorial, advertising and fashion areas.
